Overview

INCREASER ("we", "us") is an AI marketing co-pilot that helps you plan, generate, and publish marketing content. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information: email address and password (stored securely by our auth provider) when you register.
Business profile: details you provide in onboarding, such as business name, industry, audience, budget, and growth stage.
Content & activity: content pieces, social posts, daily actions, progress logs, and video edits you create or upload.
Connected accounts: when you connect a social account (e.g. Instagram, Facebook), we store an OAuth token to publish posts on your behalf, at your direction.
Usage data: anonymized analytics about how the app is used to improve features.

How we use your information

To generate AI-tailored marketing playbooks, content, and recommendations.
To publish posts to the social accounts you explicitly connect and approve.
To track your progress and surface next actions.
To operate, maintain, and improve the service.

We never post to your social accounts without your explicit approval. You approve every post before it is published.

AI processing

Some features use AI models to generate content and recommendations. Prompts may include your business profile and the content you provide so the output is tailored to you. Avoid submitting sensitive personal data you would not want processed by an AI provider.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help run the app (hosting, auth, payments, AI, and the social platforms you connect), and only as needed to provide the feature. Connected social platforms receive the posts you approve.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete content (posts, edits, logs) at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion, contact support.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data, and disconnect any social account at any time from the Social Accounts page. Disconnecting revokes the access token we hold for that platform.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted auth and token storage. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
